Terms of Service

I provide career coaching and consultancy services for IT and technology professionals. Services are delivered via video call (Zoom / Google Meet / Zoho) and may include:

• CV review and recommendations (verbal or written, depending on package)
• UK job search strategy and recruitment process guidance
• Interview preparation
• Skills gap analysis and career planning
• AI integration advice for career development
• Full CV rebuild (as an add-on service)

Specific inclusions are detailed on the Services page and confirmed at booking. The full terms of each engagement are set out in the Client Agreement attached to your invoice, which takes precedence over these website terms in case of conflict.

Sessions are booked via Calendly (calendly.com/yuliyaai) or by email. Payment is due before the session and can be made by: bank transfer (GBP) or Stripe (online card payment).

Invoices are issued by UltraScout AI Ltd. Prices are in GBP and are not subject to VAT (below the VAT registration threshold). Prices may change; any change applies to future bookings only.

• You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice.
• A second reschedule is at my discretion. A third reschedule is treated as a cancellation with no refund.
• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full — no refund.
• If I cancel, I will offer a full refund or an alternative date — your choice.

I will keep the content of our sessions strictly confidential. I will not share your information with any third party except where required by law or where there is a credible risk of serious harm.

Any frameworks, templates, or materials I share are copyright of UltraScout AI Ltd. You may use them for your own career development. You may not share, resell, or distribute them.

All content on this Website — including text, design, graphics, and the free guide — is protected by UK copyright law. No content may be reproduced, republished, or distributed without prior written permission.

I may invite you to leave a review (e.g. on Google Business) after our session. This is entirely voluntary. If you provide a testimonial, I may use it on this website and in marketing materials with your first name and general role description only, unless you provide written consent for more detail. You may withdraw a testimonial at any time.

My total liability is limited to the fee you paid for the session. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

I may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of the website or booking a session constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be available at yuliya.pro/terms.
